Reservation Conditions:
The number of people accomodated on the houseboat must not exceed the number of beds provided.
A deposit of 20% must be received within 14 days of booking to confirm your reservation. Cheque, money order, EFT, VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Your reservation may be cancelled if deposit is not received.
Final payment will be required on check in by cash, VISA, Mastercard or by EFT prior to arrival. Cheques are not accepted upon arrival.
Together with the final payment, a minimum $150 refundable bond may be requested and will be returned within 14 days after completion of stay depending on the condition of the houseboat.
Check in after 2pm. Check out at 10am.
All accommodation is non-smoking.
No pets.
Cancellation Policy:
Off peak periods - Deposit will only be refunded if you notify us of your cancellation 14 days before your scheduled arrival.
Normal and Peak periods - deposit will only be refunded if you notify us of your cancellation at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival. If you provide less than 30 days notification, your deposit will be forfeited.
Failure to notify of cancellations - If you do not notify us of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking will be cancelled by us without any refund to you. |
