BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR SUPRA BOAT HIRE WITH DRIVER

• Upon making a booking, a deposit of $300 is required within 7 days, to secure your booking.  Payment can be made by EFT, EFTPOS, Money Order, Cheque, Cash, VISA card, Mastercard.
  
• Upon booking, an Agreement form will be sent out to the customer for their completion and signature.  The form will need to be posted back to us, to confirm they understand the conditions of hire. 

FINAL PAYMENT

Final payment is required on arrival.  Payment can be made by EFTPOS, Money Order, Cash, VISA card, Mastercard. 

BOND

• A bond of $300.00  is payable on arrival . Money order, cash, EFTPOS accepted for bond – if you wish to pay by VISA card or Mastercard a 0.87% credit card fee will be charged.  If you have a Corporate, Commercial or Platinum credit card, a 2.073% credit card fee will be charged. Cheques are not accepted for bond.  This bond is in addition to the hire charge and is to cover any damages, loss or extra cleaning of the Supra and its equipment.
• After hire, the balance remaining from your bond, will be refunded by EFT or mail within 7 days.

OTHER CONDITIONS

• Single sex groups may be refused hire of the Supra or incur a higher bond which will be determined by Boats and Bedzzz Houseboat Stays.
• The number of passengers must not exceed 12.
• Boats must not be driven before sunrise or after sunset and all marine and harbours regulations must be abided by.
• Boats and Bedzzz Houseboat Stays reserve the right to refuse permission to board or remove crew from a boat at their discretion.
• Strictly no animals and no smoking is allowed in the Supra.
• Shoes are to be removed whilst in the Supra.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations of full booking notified more than 90 days prior to hire date will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid, less a $50 cancellation fee. 
• Cancellations of full booking notified between 45 and 90 days prior to departure will forfeit all monies paid unless the Supra can be re-booked for its full value.  In this case, all monies will be refunded, less a $100 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations of full booking notified less than 45 days prior to departure will forfeit all monies paid unless the Supra can be re-booked for its full value.  In this case, all monies paid will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee.
