The number of people accommodated on the houseboat or in the villas must not exceed the number of beds provided.
A deposit of 20% must be received within 48 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. Cheque, money order, EFT, VISA and Mastercard (1% credit card fees apply) are accepted. Your reservation will be cancelled if deposit is not received.
Final payment will be required on check in by cash, VISA, Mastercard (1% credit card fees apply) or by EFT (paid a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival). Cheques are not accepted upon arrival.
Together with the final payment, a minimum $450 refundable bond is requested and is processed as a preauthorisation (hold) on your credit card (which will be released after 5 -7 working days if no damages or issues). If paid by cash or EFT, the bond will be returned within 14 days after completion of stay depending on the condition of the houseboat.
Check in after 2pm. Check out at 10am.
All accommodation is non-smoking.
Your deposit paid, less an administration fee of $30, will only be refunded if you notify us of your cancellation at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival. If you provide less than 30 days notification, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation of part of your booking with less than 30 days notification will incur a $130/night late cancellation fee.
Failure to notify of cancellations - If you do not notify us of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged for the full value of the booking and no refund will be given.
