COME ABOARD RENMARK RIVER CRUISES 12 SEATER PONTOON BOAT FOR A COMFORTABLE CRUISE WITH COMMENTARY.

Our set cruise takes in the views from a river perspective of the Renmark Riverfront, and travels downstream past the PS Industry Paddlesteamer, under the Paringa Bridge and see the entrance gates to Lock 5.

Our cruise also travels upstream and takes in the views of the beautiful houses on the water’s edge in the Jane Eliza Housing Estate as well as the spectacular ochre cliffs lapping the river’s edge near Whirlpool Corner. There is much bird life to see on your journey and if you are lucky, you might also see a kangaroo, emu or koala!

One way and two way transfers to the Woolshed Brewery can also be requested online.

Please give us a call to design and quote a tailored tour package to suit your style and requirements – whether that be for an intimate tour for 2 people or a group booking for up to 12 people.  We can cruise on the main river and deeper backwaters that are of interest to you.

The pontoon boat is also trailerable, so can be launch from locations around the Riverland other than Renmark. Please note that travel costs to other locations will need to be factored into our quote.

WHAT TO BRING AND WHAT WE PROVIDE

• The pontoon boat has a full cover bimini.  It also has front clears that can be put on the boat if weather conditions aren’t favourable.
• It is advisable that you have sun protection (hat and sunscreen) and warm clothes, as the breeze off the water can reduce the temperature in the boat.
• Soft drinks, Water, Beer, local spirit mixers in a can plus a variety of local wine options are available for purchase onboard.   
• No BYO except for water.
•  You are welcome to BYO snacks or purchase a packet of chips onboard!

The pick-up point (unless other pickup arrangements have been made with us directly), is from the Renmark Riverfront Marina near Murray Avenue in the heart of Renmark.    

The Marina is located near the Renmark Club, but please note that the Renmark Club is not affiliated with Renmark River Cruises.

We also have signage at the Marina to denote the pick-up location.

NOTES/SPECIAL NEEDS

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the cruise. Please note, as there is no toilet onboard the pontoon boat, we suggest using the town’s great toilet facilities across the road from the Marina prior to arriving at the Marina. 
• The cruise will leave at the time indicated on the booking, unless we advise otherwise.  
• Each cruise has a 4 person minimum for the tour to go ahead.  As infants younger than 12 months old are at no cost, they do not count as part of the minimum numbers. 
• We will take full payment upon booking, no matter the number of people booked for the tour.   If minimum numbers are not met, we will make contact with you to see if you are flexible to change your tour date/time to join another cruise that is definitely running.  If not possible, we will arrange a refund of your full payment. 
• No pets allowed
• Please make sure you have included all passengers as part of your booking, including children (aged 12 months to 15 years) and infants (aged 11 months old and younger).
  There is no charge for infants aged 11 months and younger, but they will be required to sit on a parents lap if the pontoon boat is at full capacity
• There is no requirement to wear a PDF (lifejacket) on the pontoon boat, although as a commercial requirement, we do supply the standard bulky lifejackets for emergency situations. However, with 3 hours prior notice, we can supply children’s PDF’s more suited to their age and weight.
