The Potter Villa

• Accommodates 1 - 8 people per Villa
• 3 bedrooms.  All beds can split into singles (additional charges apply). 
• Main bedroom has King bed with WIR and ensuite
• Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed.  A single trundle bed can be added to each of these rooms if required (additional charges apply)
• If more than one couple staying, we will open up additional bedrooms as required as well as the second bathroom.
• Second bathroom has a shower, bath and vanity. 
• All linen supplied.

• Televisions in the living area and in every bedroom
• Fully equipped kitchen including family sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop
• Coffee Pod Machine 
• Full size laundry and outside washing line
• Indoor and outdoor settings to seat 6-8 people
• Undercover alfresco area with Weber Q hooded BBQ. 
• Private heated swimming pool and cantilever umbrella
• Additional parking in the rear yard for an additional car and/or boat.

Rates

Std Weekend rate (min 2 nights)......$310 per night*
Std Midweek rate (min 2 nights).......$290 per night*

*Rates are based on 1 couple occupying one bed and includes linen. If all people as part of the booking require separate bedrooms, an additional charge of $60/night applies.

Additional people - $60/adult/night and $30/child/night (under 16 years at time of stay).

* Prices valid up to 31st December 2024. Higher rates and additional minimum nights apply for peak periods (eg long weekends, school holidays, Easter, special events). Please view these rates and minimum nights through the 'Book' button or contact us directly for rates.

Conditions

Check in: 2pm - Check out: 10am

Deposit: 20% required at time of booking.

Bond: $450 minimum processed as a hold on your credit card on day of arrival.

Cot with linen $25 and high chair $15 available for duration of stay.  Please arrange prior to arrival.

A charge of $40/bed is required to split queen or king bed into singles or to add a single trundle bed.
